Itinerary & Format
Thursday:
- Welcome evening at the hotel at 1900 - 2200.
Friday:
- Play all day at The York Railway Institute Badminton Hall from 0900-1700.
Saturday:
- Play all day from 0900-1700.
- Dinner dance in the hotel from 1900.
This year the hotel and venue are within walking distance so there will be no coach but a car will be available for anyone unable to walk.
Food is provided at the playing venue both days. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you sign up for the tournament.
This year's tournament format will be the same as last year. Players will be drawn into groups and play with different partners in each game for both the level and mixed doubles. The players with highest total points will progress to the knock out stage and finals. For the open singles and veterans singles there will be a straight knock out format through to finals.
